Preparation and fixing

Before installation, inspect the board for any damage and allow it to acclimatise to the room environment for 24 to 48 hours. Measure and mark your fixing points carefully, accounting for the 5.49 metre length. Use appropriate fixings for your substrate—screws are recommended for solid timber or engineered boards, whilst adhesive may suit lightweight applications. The pre-primed surface is ready for painting or staining once fixed; lightly sand any joints or filled areas before final decoration.
