Compatibility and sizing

Pre-installation checks and preparation
Before use, inspect the sheet for damage, delamination, or moisture ingress. Store flat in a dry, well-ventilated space and allow the sheet to acclimatise to your workshop humidity for 24 to 48 hours before cutting or assembly. Measure and mark your cut lines clearly. Use a fine-toothed saw blade to minimise splintering on the B-grade face. If the reverse (BB) face will be visible, light sanding may be needed. Seal any cut edges with primer or edge sealer to prevent moisture ingress, particularly in kitchens or bathrooms. Ensure your assembly frame or cabinet structure is square and level before fixing panels, as the plywood's stability depends on proper support.
